With the Construím Mirades collective

Annual photography program with 4th year ESO students from IES Teresa Pàmies in Barcelona.

The objective of the program was to use photography as a tool to give voice to young people, at an age of discovery and construction of their own identity. A proposal to know their perspectives and what they want to contribute as part of society. For seven months we held two sessions per week where we worked inside and outside the educational center. We offered pedagogical material to teachers to provide continuity in order to integrate the learning and adapt the proposals to their needs. And finally we held an exhibition at the institute, entitled “Crossed Perspectives”, as a sample of the first stage of work. Due to Covid-19, the program was interrupted in March 2020 without further continuity.
